3GP-CNH50 Pneumatic Construction Nailer for 25-50mm

This versatile and durable nail gun has been primarily designed to fasten metal clips or cleats for standing seam metal roofs to the roof decks. In order to follow the strict guidelines and industry standards, it is essential to use approved nails exclusively, as well as to ensure that these nails are driven in accurately and sit flush with any surface of the clips. A special device attached to PREBENA’s nail gun allows a precise nail positioning and the unique guiding blocks at the front orifice guarantee straight driven in nails, permanently - even in areas that are difficult to access. Furthermore, the 3GP-CNH50 is equipped with a tool free depth adjustment for a perfect finishing. With a handy weight of just 1,97 kg, this coil nailer is one of the most lightest tool in its class. The high-quality magazine comes with a convenient latch and can be operated with just one hand. In combination with the adjustable belt hock at the air supply connector the operator has both hands free for other tasks and a safe operation.  

Given these numerous extras, the 3XP-CNH50 is also been gladly used to install any kind of wall systems made of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium zinc and sheet metal fixation on wood in general. Even shingles from wood, natural slates, composite tiles or fibre cement can be cladded fast and accurately. 

Being operated in single-shot mode as standard, this coil nailer works with cleat nails type „CNH“ from 25 – 50 mm in length and 2,8 mm wire thickness. Of particular note is the properly designed coil itself, which guides the nails by a just one sided plastic strap. This way, the plastic strap remains in one piece and can be disposed without leaving any debris behind. These so-called sheet collated CNH-nails are preferably produced with ring shaft in hot-dipped galvanzied (VZRI) and/or  1.4301/stainless steel (RFRI). The nails are Eurocode 5 approved and comply with standard EN14592.
